Complaints Procedure

In the unlikely event that you have any complaints about The Injury Solicitors.com or are unsatisfied with the service you have received then we would like to resolve the issue, as we want all of our clients to be completely satisfied.

We will then acknowledge in writing receipt of your complaint within 5 working days giving you contact details of the person handling your complaint along with written confirmation of our procedures.

We will then endeavour to resolve your problem within 28 days and give you a written response. If we are not in a position to resolve the matter at this point we will inform you of our present position and when we expect to reach a conclusion, which we would endeavour to be within a further 28 days.

If at this point we are still not in a position to resolve this matter we will inform you in writing of the reasons for the delay and give you an indication of when we expect to provide a final response.

We would also inform you of your right to refer your complaint to the Claims Management Regulator if you are not satisfied with either our response or the delay in receiving a response.
